This site is operated by Logos Vectis LLC (Kirkland, Washington), which is the controller of any personal data collected here. We collect as little as possible.

What we collect

• The two forms. When you request a Dossier proposal or early access, we keep what you type into the form: your name and email address, and optionally your company, role, and a description of your system or intended use. Submissions are delivered to our Google Workspace account (a spreadsheet and an email notification) and may also be stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare.
• Email. If you email us, we keep the correspondence.
• Hosting logs. The site is served by Cloudflare Pages, which processes IP addresses and request metadata to deliver the site and defend against abuse.

What we don't collect

• No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics cookies, no cross-site tracking, no client-side scripts.
• Nothing from your code or repositories: the website does not interact with CodeLead the product. A Dossier engagement is governed by its own agreement and NDA.

How we use it

To reply to you, to prepare a proposal if you requested one, and to tell you when a beta seat is available if you asked. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for their own purposes.

Retention and your rights

We keep early-access requests until the beta launches and for a reasonable period after; proposal requests and correspondence for as long as the relationship is active. Email hello@codelead.dev to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you.
